Creation
The female composition
of an anguish lets flow
my pain
my fury/
my love/
my joy.
It makes me make this now.
But why do you create? you ask
Why do you breathe? I answer
and ask/
and think/
and decide
that you are blind.
I take scattered pictures
fragmented/unrelated
and bring them together
to be molded and merged.
But why? you ask
Why create at all?
In this lies the Beauty of my Truth
and your Truth,
and his/her Truth,
and everybody else’s
For Creation is but a point
in space/
in time/
in mind
needing a foundation
tragic colour
and all-consuming passion.
So look at the shadows
and the lines
and the curves
and you will see the essence
of what it took to make it
And what it takes to make me.
